Upload Customer Document

Description

This feature helps to add new documents to the account of a customer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on Retail
2. Click on Customer
3. Select and click on view at the far right of each customer record.
4. Click upload customer document
5. Upload desired document

Expected Result

Document uploaded/submitted successfully

Actual Result

Submission fail, Loading continuously
