Create New Claim for customer

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Claims → Register New Claim
2. Fill form:
   - Policy: Select any active policy
   - Claim Amount: 250000
   - Date Reported: Today's date
   - Date of Loss: Yesterday's date
   - Incident Description: Test incident description for claim
   - Status: Pending
   - Notes (optional): Test notes
3. Click "Create Claim"

Expected Result

Claim created with auto-generated claim number

Actual Result

Error Message:- Failed to create claim: SQLSTATE[23514]: Check violation: 7 ERROR: new row for relation "claims" violates check constraint "claims_claim_type_check" DETAIL: Failing row contains (246, CLM2025000244, 1, 135, Death, 2500000.00, Test incident description for claim, 2025-11-24, 2025-11-25, reported, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, null, 2025-11-25 13:06:34, 2025-11-25 13:06:34, null). Developer Resolution Notes

Claims management fully operational. Fixed form validation, document upload functionality, claim type-specific tabs (disability certification, medical reports, bank details), view claim details with proper data binding. Claim assessment workflow accessible from claim detail page. All ParseError syntax issues resolved.
