Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Premiums
2. Select policy
3. Click "Record Payment"
4. Select method: Cash
5. Enter amount: ₦50,000
6. Submit

Expected Result

Payment recorded, receipt generated

Actual Result

Payment Page not available

Developer Resolution Notes

Premium payment functionality accessible via Premiums menu. Payment recording available from policy detail page > Premiums tab > Record Payment button. Receipt generation automatic upon payment submission. All payment methods (cash, cheque, bank transfer, card) supported.
